This golf lesson shows you how to create a consistent golf swing. It takes place at the driving range so that Danny can run you through an entire practice session from learning how to build a consistent golf swing, learning how to practice it and then learning how to take it to the course so you don’t have to think of a million things.

The simple golf drill is one of Danny’s favourites as it really helps to promote a great feel in the golf swing.

Its great fun to go out and buy the latest TaylorMade golf irons, Ping golf irons, Callaway golf irons or Titleist golf irons hoping it will help you play better golf but learning to get the most out of your golf swing first its the key to consistency.

If you struggle with your driver I have a free course you can access here:

Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

On YouTube and my personal website ( I will bring you the most up to date training, training that is getting tangible results for my clients right now. I don’t know where you are in your golfing journey, you could be just starting out or maybe your body isn’t as flexible as it once was or you’ve got ambitions to slash your handicap. Wherever you are I’ve created a place here you can learn, share your ideas, ask questions and get all the support you need to enjoy this great game.

Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

I played yesterday and did all the things we shouldn’t. Wish I’d seen this earlier. Thanks Danny I’m off to try this now.

Larry Morris says:

Another great video Danny

Ken B says:

Another informative video and excellent drill…thanks !!

Ralph Bowe says:

Interesting that your first movement on the downswing is turning your head slightly forward. Is that something you do intentionally? I'm guessing that your eyes are still focused on the ball. Do you recommend that others try that to initiate their downswing? Thanks.

This is the most biggest drill i need to do than any other. I hope this clears my faults. I loved how you explained the causes of hooks and slices based on how you return. That's exactly what happens to me after about 9 to 10 holes or 20 mins of practice. I just need to strengthen the body with this drill to stop doing just that

Charles Alan says:

Loving this!

Peter Hall says:

Best lessons I've ever had. Anxious to try this one out. When I recall all that Danny has taught I loose my slice and get more distance. Danny – u da man!
